YOUR INVOLVEMENT

Each significant Organization could be officially involved in the International Organizing Committee.

The following points describe how You can be involved.

	Give visibility to the Y.E.S. Congress 2009 initiative. In this phase communication is fundamental. We would like to inform earth scientists community about our event and your help is fundamental. A geographically widespread participation and the presence of different disciplines is very important. Create a link to the page www.giovanigeologi.it/iype.asp on your web site. You can download and use the logo at the end of the page.
	Give your organization pre-adhesion to the initiative by completing and send the adhesion form (Individual appliers can use the proprier form )
	Choose one person to officially represent Your Association to take part to the works of the International Organizing Committee. This person will keep contacts, take part to organizing works and will refer to her/his organization. This person preferably should be under 35 years, but this is not mandatory. If you already have a name you can indicate it in the pre-adhesion form. We Kindly ask to send Your official adhesion as soon as possible, anyway before the end of April 2008.
	Send us your observation and suggestions about the draft proposal.
	Propose a theme for a Roundtable.
